The Sedona Method

The Sedona Method offers simple, effective tools that will guide you to your natural state of being. Through the use of self-inquiry and letting go you can learn to release the negative reactions, beliefs, and feelings that are holding you back from expressing your full potential.

You can directly experience the freedom and joy that is your true nature.  The Sedona Method can help you change yourself from the inside out. The Method shows you how to eliminate the subconscious blocks that hold you back from having, being and experiencing your heart’s desire.

Based on the premise that you are already, whole, perfect and complete, right here and right now, as you are. All power, all knowingness, and all love and compassion are available as the presence that you are. As we let go, we begin to experience this inner wholeness and perfection that lies deep within us, the truth of who we are.

The Sedona Method serves as a bridge between the non-dual state of being, the presence of awareness, and living in the material world. You can experience what it means to be imperturbable and unshaken, no matter what is going on.

A technique for gentle releasing that puts you in touch with your clear reason and intuitive knowingness. An experiential learning process, that teaches you the “how to” of letting go, that will allow you to easily release all unwanted feelings in the moment.

Some of the gains you can expect are:

  • Greater confidence and ease

  • Effectiveness and joy in everyday activities

  • More love towards yourself and others

  • Better communication and much more.

Roots of the Sedona Method

Lester Levenson, the founder of the Method was a man who mastered life’s greatest challenges. In 1952, at the age of 42, Lester, a physicist and successful entrepreneur, was at the pinnacle of success. Yet he was an unhappy, very unhealthy man.

He had many health problems including depression, an enlarged liver, kidney stones, spleen inflammation, hyperacidity, and perforated stomach ulcers.

After having his second coronary, his doctor sent him home to his penthouse apartment in NYC to die.

Lester loved a challenge, so instead of giving up, he decided to go back to the laboratory within himself and find answers. Because of his determination and concentration, he was able to cut through his conscious mind to find what he needed. The ultimate tool for personal growth, a way of letting go of inner limitation. He was so committed to his discovery, he used it intensively for 3 months. By the end of that time, his body was totally healed. He entered into a state of profound peace that never left him through the day he dies on January 18, 1994.
